Welcome to Terra Skincare. By browsing this store, creating an account, or purchasing any products from our catalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or place orders through our platform.
Many of our pieces are crafted in limited studio batches from raw, natural components — including soy and beeswax, hand-blended perfume botanicals, linen fabrics, and kiln-fired pottery.
Subtle variations in color, organic texture, candle wax tops, and hand-finished glaze are natural characteristics of genuine artisan craftsmanship and are not regarded as defects. We make every effort to display colors and dimensions as accurately as modern screens permit.
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or US Dollars ($) as marked on the storefront. Prices are inclusive of applicable sales taxes where required.
We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors. In the rare event that an item is ordered at an erroneously listed price, we will notify you before dispatch to confirm the order or cancel it with a full immediate refund.
We accept secure payments via automated M-Pesa STK push, supported debit/credit cards, and Pay on Delivery (available for eligible Nairobi addresses).
An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment authorization or confirmation of a Pay on Delivery dispatch. If an item becomes unexpectedly out of stock before dispatch, our team will contact you promptly to offer a substitution, backorder estimate, or immediate refund.
We dispatch orders throughout Kenya via vetted courier partners:
• Nairobi Express: Same-day or next-day delivery (within 24 hours of order confirmation).
• Countrywide Kenya: Dispatched via tracked courier within 2–3 business days.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at your designated address. Please inspect parcels upon arrival and notify our studio within 48 hours if any parcel displays outer damage or missing items.
We maintain a courteous 7-day return policy for unused items returned in their original, unopened packaging. Fragile items broken during transit will be replaced promptly at no cost.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, with both parties first attempting amicable mediation in good faith.
